Contacted this group for a consultation as we are having multiple issues with a builder. After waiting nearly two weeks for them to determine if they "have a conflict of interest" they notified us that they are "at capacity." Which reason is it people? If the case is not appropriate or you do not feel comfortable representing a consumer who is being taken advance of by a builder we would have appreciated the honestly. Disappointing.
I was using Contey Law Firm in Nashville Tennessee as my lawyer to represent me. After multiple issues and 4 different lawyers leaving the firm they had no one else to represent me. I had to start over 2 years into the case and comes to find out they filed everything incorrectly, so I hard to start from scratch. All this with 0 compensation for hanging me out to dry. This was pre-pandemic so please do not use that as an excuse in your response.
