Have called this company twice. First time was back in August. Gave them (a man) all the information he asked for. Wanted me to go an measure the lettering already on the stones or he would have to charge me extra. Told me to text him the information & he would get back to me. This I did. Cotner monument did an amazing job on my parents monument they go way above and beyond they try everyone like family!!
Thank you! to the gentleman who advised me on how to clean my grandfather's headstone it was a white stone from the military, and had turned very black and moldy since 1968. Once again, thank you it is very clean looking! Still waiting for the vase on my Mother's grave to be reattached not sure how it keeps coming loose. But would highly recommend their services “Just make sure in time of sorry 💔 that you look 👀 closely for minor errors overlooked
