My wife and I had a good experience with Cothran Homes. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. We liked something in Holly Ridge development and bought a "To Be Built " 3 bedroom townhome. The Sales Rep and the Design Center Rep were terrific!
Absolute worst company you could possibly deal with. In regards to the last one star review I can vouch for that complaint as a witness. They will take your money and run. Even if you try to stay in contract. Ive been in new home sales for 8 years and this is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Run, and run fast. The way they operate and take money leads me to wonder if they are close to Going out of business(they don’t have many communities in the Greenville area). Save your time, go anywhere else. We have had such an amazing experience while buying our brand new townhome. Connie and Christine are absolutely amazing to work with! Tim was informative, friendly and walked us thru our home.
