We bought a townhome in Holly Ridge from Cothran Homes in 2025. We are very glad we did. The customer service through the whole process has great. You can tell they really care about pleasing the customer and taking care of them. Christine has really taken care of us in all regards. Tim has been so nice to work with and I’m sure a big reason our home had such high quality workmanship and high quality finish! We would high recommend them!
