Can i give a “0”? Not once, but TWICE Cotgreave failed to renew my insurance, even though my mortgage was always paid on time! ... my insurance lapsed twice! Incompetent doesn’t fully describe their service. Apparently, they were unable to call my mortgage company to confirm that my mortgage (including insurance payment) was paid.... TWICE! Yes, twice i was left with NO INSURANCE! I’d like to go on, but please do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY! Now i have a competent company but i hope to help others.
