He said he cleaned the carpets I didn't like the results so I took my bissel out and cleaned a few spot and the water was like mud I called him out on it he said he did a professional job it was 10 days after he did the job and he said anything could have happened the place was empty oh and I didn't mention all the dog hair I got as well I have pictures to back this of both rooms
