I do not recommend this facility unless you are unable to make it to another facility. The clinic is a joke. My son had a sports physical which I paid cash for and they billed it to my insurance as a well child check so when I went to have his well child check done with his primary doctor at Sanford I couldn't because CDP had already billed it out to my insurance. I will never set foot in this facility again and I will make my family to Watetown instead.

Angie gaikowski CNP and nurse Brooke are amazing. I have never had a team so caring and that wilk advocate for you. They are amazing! I highly recommend them 👌
