Multiple pest infestations (bedbugs, cockroaches, mice, spiders). Management response has been very disappointing.
This place isn’t a fancy building, but considering the price and location, it’s definitely worth it. I lived here for three years and recently moved out, and I can say I have many good memories from this building and its staff. The team is very polite, helpful, and the management is strong. Any issue I had was always handled quickly, and the cleanliness of the building was consistently excellent. Highly recommended, especially for students, newcomers, and anyone who enjoys living downtown.
