This place isn't a fancy building, but considering the price and location, it's definitely worth it. There's no gym, no security Guard, and almost no amenities, but it has a few valuable things. Having lived here for two years, I can say the staff are very polite and helpful, and the management is really strong. Any issue is quickly addressed, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Highly recommended, especially for students and newcomers.
Convenient location, polite and respectful staff, well maintained. The people that work here are a little bit old school and it really shows as they are willing to go the extra mile to help
