I contacted Lynn, asking if she was taking new patients. I spoke with a receptionist, filling her in on the details of my daughter's health, and the receptionist said she would call back when she looks at the schedule, to determine how soon (if at all) they can take new patients. I never got a call back, and I called them four times, leaving messages each time. I politely requested a call back, whether or not they could see her, and still I never received a return call. I LOVED Dr. Cote! I only saw her twice before I got married and moved out of state and I am so sad to no longer be seeing her. She is so sweet and really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful too!
Dr.Cote is kind and experienced, listens well and truly cares for her patients. What a relief to have found her!
