My kids both had appointments with Dr. Matthew Cote last week. He was professional, thorough, and excellent with my children. I appreciate how he asked them questions and listened to their answers even at their ages, sadly that is not common among healthcare providers. Dr. Cote answered each of my questions and my children’s questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was impressed and cannot recommend their practice enough, 5/5 stars!
While the optometrist and staff were very pleasant, never have I paid more for an eye exam and prescription glasses, only to find them completely useless. Upon calling the office to complain, I was advised to "just get used to them". What garbage is that. My cheap drug-store readers work far better. If this matter is not fixed by next week, my rating will be less than 1. Very disappointed, especially after selecting Cote based on their reviews. They have offered to try and fix the issue, hopefully they do.
