Very rude customer support. I tried to make an appointment for 3 weeks. The first one they double booked and had to cancel, the second one I had to cancel due to an issue I had and was told that was fine they were over booked again. The third time I had to reschedule due to work and was told that they would not schedule me for an appointment anymore and I would have to call that day to see if I could get in. I will go else where not to have to deal with a over booked, and rude customer support.
I have been here repeatedly for PT after surgeries and to recover from injuries. The care and therapy has always been wonderful, well guided and supportive. In the one rare time when therapy could not improve my function, I was referred back to my medical team to seek the next step. The staff encouraged and supported making regular exercise a part of my daily life for better health.
