Only ever had excellent service from Cosywarm. Alex knows his stuff and you get a no-nonsense delivery. This time it was a faulty condensate pump that was replaced promptly, no fuss, polite, efficient. But it was the same when we had the central heating upgraded a good few years ago. This is a family firm you can trust. Highly recommended.
We had our boiler serviced and also a new radiator installed. What a great service throughout from start to finish. Debbie ( from the office) is friendly and so helpful . Alex was also friendly,super efficient,did a super job and left no mess which is not always the case with some other trades people we have had. We choose to use Cosywarm on the recommendation of my sister and likewise I would highly recommend this company.
