Beautiful closet, exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and follow-up. Would definitely use again for future projects.
Satisfied with the overall quality but disappointed in the lack of transparency of price breakdown for the custom closets. This made it confusing to make changes after the initial price quote and one element was left in the closet in a plastic bag with no communication, as it didn't function without the other part of that system. This was never resolved, and it was impossible to determine what we paid for due to lack of itemization on the invoice.
