Worst aftersales service ever. I have been complaining of a part coming off for more than 2 months but no action has been taken. Also, other rooms are same. Previously promised couple of times to resolve it but never showed up. Do not recommend their seevice at all.
Mohamed’s quote was very reasonable, and communication with him was easy throughout. His team—Ganesh and Puvan, who installed the hybrid flooring—were efficient and worked professionally. I highly recommend their service.
To Cosy Group, Michael who came to replace the Carpet and Lino. I found to be thorough with each room. Did the job well without rushing. And cleaned up before leaving. I would rate him better than Good.
