Terrible experience – avoid at all costs. We had this company install flooring in our commercial space, and within less than a year the floor began to splinter and deteriorate. During the quoting process, the owner repeatedly reassured us that the floors came with a 7-year warranty – something they used as a key selling point. The team at Cosy Group were very professional. They would go above and beyond to look after the customer's requirements. The price was very competitive. My sub floor timber had a minor damaged section which they fixed with a replacement timber piece in order to level the sub-floor before laying down the floorboards. It was a neat job. Wish I could give them a 10 star.

Very pleased with my new wonderwood laminate flooring installed by cosy. They were much cheaper than other quotes I obtained. Installers were very professional and diligent. They also installed skirtings which look great. Would use again.

We are absolutely delighted with our new floors, Harry and Young were so diligent and professional. The work was completed in two days, they left our property clean and ready to move the furniture back in. Dealing with Mohammad was easy, from quote to completion we had no hiccups. We would definitely use Cosy Group again.
