Terrible experience – avoid at all costs. We had this company install flooring in our commercial space, and within less than a year the floor began to splinter and deteriorate. During the quoting process, the owner repeatedly reassured us that the floors came with a 7-year warranty – something they used as a key selling point. But now that there’s a problem, they’ve become completely unresponsive and have refused to take any responsibility.
