We've got a Cosy Cab Brooklands 20.6 and had it for 7 years and it's never missed a beat , done about 50.000kms , a lot of tar and " dirt roads," lov it !!!
We purchased our Kingston 196 through Gold Coast Caravans. We have always been very happy with our choice of vans, having investigated well we thought. Paul has assisted with our concerns and repairs very well ..nothing was a bother to him wherever our travels took us and where ever our calls were dramatically made from somewhere in Australia!!......the issue appears to lie with the Cosy Cab company itself...very poor response.....nothing promptly responded to ...no wonder customers become disillusioned ..the caravan itself ... read more
We had some warranty work done on our 18 month old van and they went above and beyond expectations. Nothing was queried they just fixed it. They even repaired some minor damage we did for very minimal cost . Our next van will definitely be built by them again. Thank you cozy cabs team
A HUGE shout our to Sarath, Ranjith, Nirodah and team of Cozy Cabs. Whilst on our travels from Bunbury Western Australia to the east coast, somehow we lost a window in our Silver Valley. Not only did they squeeze our job in to replace the window, but happily did other repair work for us. Can't praise these guys ENOUGH for their help, kindness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for them. You guys are the BEST ,😍😍😍😍😍 P.S. plus a tour of the factory. 👏👏
