Unprofessional and really immature. I had a horrible experience with Costume Gallery. They were unprofessional and rude. They need to realize that although they do not deal with parents, it is ultimatley the parents that buy the costumes and we do have a say in where the costumes come from.

Get what you pay for The prices here are not cheap, but neither are the products. These are quality items, worth the money. Selection here is generally wide and the store is clean.

horrible service I was excited to get there catalog tell I tried to deal with the customer service. They were rude and really unprofesional. when I had problems on there website they told me that was my problem not theres and when I tried to get help they said if I was going to complain than they wouldn't help me and hung up. I thought thats what customer service was for. I have checked other reviews and they say the same thing. I guess they don't care about there customers.

Be sure to reserve early! This costume shoppe is the size of a warehouse! It has every costume under the sun and then some more to compliment the moon. They rent to theatrical companies, school drama clubs and individuals too. The costumes are higher priced than most for rentals, but are well worth the extra expense because they appear much more authentic that those you can buy in stores like Party City or Walmart. A must do if you need the perfect realistic constume! PROS: Authentic and original costumes CONS: none

Unsatisfactory Ordered my costumes in january, noting that the show was on May 2nd, they promised it would arrive well beforehand. April comes and goes, still no costumes. I call on the 30th and ask where my costumes are, just to find out that many pieces aren't available. They offered me different styles but of course that didn't do. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, but this is the last time i'm ever ordering from Costume gallery.

A great source for dance costumes The costume gallery is a perfect place to fulfill your dance costume needs. They cater to dance studios, but will also sell to anyone looking for dance costumes. There costumes are made with quality and they have a lot of great costume add-ons.

We are still waiting for our refund on orders they couldn't fill back in Feb 2020. Their kept postponing the delivery date to avoid giving us our money back. Then finally in July they admitted to not being able to fill the order. They were quick to promise a refund to prevent us from filing a dispute with the credit card company. Now we still don't have our and we can no longer file a dispute because it is past the days allowed to file and Costume Gallery is no longer responding back us. I am still waiting on a refund of over $500 for costumes that were ordered and never delivered from February of 2020! I email and call them all the time and they never respond or follow through with the refund. I've never in my life seen this kind of fraudulent activity from a company. It's literal theft.

Horrible customer service, they lie about shipping dates and costume quality. They have refused refunds even when it is their error and costumes are received or shipped after the date needed. They are money hungry and do not care about the customer. I pray that others stay clear, they do not need to be in business, borderline fraudulent.
