Has absolutely 0 regards for families who have lower income. "Either pay now or never come back" Knowing people HAVE to pay because he's the ONLY doctor in Plains. Doesn't listen to patient concerns and only really treats those with big time bucks. Would give 0 stars if we could.
I came to Plains 31 years ago and had the pleasure of having Dr. Drye as my primary physician. When he went into his semi-retirement, I had to chose another provider. I started with David Costner FNP when I reached Medicare age 4 years ago. For a healthy person I found him to be just perfect for me. I have recently had an issue and called to Costner Clinic and got in the next day. David was very caring and understanding, he took my complaints seriously and has been helping to navigate this very scary time in my life. I feel ... read more
The staff seems to be genuinely caring, good people. Communication is lacking and I, the hopelessly broke patient, am the one who has to pay for it. I've spent every dollar I have and a few thousand I don't trying to diagnose what is wrong with me. Nobody else in Sanders County has been helpful. I hoped it would be different here. Was offered a referral by one and the other apparently didn't know and didn't believe me over the phone. The most disorganized medical office I have ever encountered in my 67 years. They could not get my husbands medications straightened out, and when they finally did, they called me and told me they had all of mine taken care of (I don't take medications). The first 4 appts my husband had scheduled they changed because of what ever ridiculous reason (not emergencies).
