James and his team did a great job trimming a few oak trees on our property.
Shout out to Costlow Tree Care. My palm tree died and they came out the very next day to cut it down, grind the stump, and carry away all the mess! (For anyone who remembers my post -it was determined that the tree did NOT have any fungus. Our neighborhood floods a lot and that tree gets the most water and that’s what caused the damage) They were extremely professional, clean, fast, and affordable! They did what they said they would do and more. I would definitely call them again.
Great work, great price. They took out 2 scrub oak trees and 5 pine trees. Ground all the stumps and cleaned up the mess. I am completely satisfied with the work performed. James is definitely an expert!
Do not hire Costlow Tree Service. I paid him in full to remove a tree, but he never finished the job. He promised to return the next day, didn’t show, and ignored my messages. When he finally replied, it was dismissive -“I’ll get to it when I can," then stopped responding altogether. Days later, I asked again and his response was, “Nope.
