I wish there was a sixth star, Costless Auto Parts are a saver. These guys are far and beyond business. Raul and team are fantastic. I ordered parts from them from Alice Springs and all arrived as per description under a week. The prices were very friendly, packaging to standard, and they kept me updated until I received my parts. Looks no where else, go to Costless Auto Parts, you will be sorted.
Raul was very efficient and profesional in my dealings..cares for his customers.
Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for parts , they went above & beyond too help me out , removed my old bonnet from my 2017 Hyundai Tuscan and replaced with there one that they had in stock in like 30 minutes from ringing up and coming down , very friendly people that actually want too help other people . very sad & disappointed by the unprofessional treatment i had with costless lately. Parts i ordered was recieved almost two and half weeks late, that too wrong ones which delayed my repair further. Staff never took any responsibilty for any delay and kept on passing blames to courier company. I was supposed to get refund for one of the wrong parts i recieved.
