Costi’s team is truly amazing! We had issues with our refrigerator and received extremely competent advice on our specific model and issue from Sue. We followed her advice to buy a new appliance and very much appreciated her taking the time to share these straightforward and helpful recommendations. We cannot recommend working with them enough!
I’m posting for my dad who had an extremely helpful phone call with Costi’s. Although they don’t service our area in person, they talked through the problem by phone and brought resolution—so knowledgeable and willing to help! Recommend you try them first!!!
Wonderful service! We have spent all summer without ice in our ice maker in fear that it was going to be a whole fridge replacement and finally called Costi and Sue. Costi came out super fast, diagnosed and had our part the next day. Sue let us know anticipated costs in advance so there were no surprises. Ice maker is working and we are so happy. Thank you!
