Awful service
I went to the store at 4:30 prior to the 5 o’clock .Before the posted time of closure. When I asked for help by an employee, he said we are closed. Then stated you can’t Yjust walk into a warehouse. I actually knocked on the door and walked in offices that were barely set up .I’ve used many places to clean special carpets, but would not return to this location
I spilled liquid vitamin on my white area rug. Tried to clean it and the stain got bigger, tried again, only for the stain to get even larger. I then attempted to clean it with a bissell carpet cleaner only to have the stain spread all over the rug. It was awful. I then contacted Costikyan as a last resort. After submitting pictures of the rug and the stain, I was told that they can attempt to clean it. they picked up the rug and brought it back a week later, and wow! It was like a brand new rug.
