My experience was horrible. If you have the opportunity to get your pellet stove from a different supplier, I would highly recommend it. The short story. I ordered it in Fall and due to uncountable errors, the install wasn't completed until Spring. I've seen entire houses built faster. Not a pleasant experience and I blame it all on office incompetence. The final product looks great, but Costello's did not make it easy. I wanted to share my experience with getting a pellet stove installed by Costello’s Hearth and Spa through Ace Hardware. I’m giving them a solid 3-star rating. Positives: The staff, at Ace, Costello’s and the installers (forgot the name), were very friendly and responsive. They promptly addressed the issues I raised, which I’ll detail below.
