I recently purchased a Maple spa from Costello's. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and communicated well. The product seems very nice. Once my spa was delivered, pretty much everything changed dramatically. The delivery people dropped the spa and once I had the electrical contractor wire the spa, it did not work. Helpful and pleasant employees
We went to several places looking for hot tubs. Oscar was by far the best person we encountered. He was a pleasure to deal with. He knows his products very well. He’s friendly and trustworthy. I just referred my son in law to him.
I bought a beautiful Harman pellet stove from Costello's and have had wonderful service from them for almost three years now. Benita Bristow keeps me up to date on the maintenance, and Oscar Jordan answers my endless questions. I called the store a week ago and didn't bother to leave a message when everyone was busy. Oscar called me back anyway just to make sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service! I highly recommend Costello's Hearth & Spa (Pasadena)!
Oscar was a tremendous help in selecting a new wood stove. Patient with my questions, persistent in tracking down answers when necessary, and great follow up. Highly recommend.
