TERRIBLE!!! I had my fireplace installed on November 18. They left the bottom part of the fireplace exposed, when it needed to be covered with drywall (see picture). They didn't let me know they needed to come back to finish, and I never heard back from them. I tried many times to call them but their phone answering system is horrible, and you can never get someone to return your call. Terrible service. They are a scam. They never came out to service hotub but would charge anyway. When confronted they were not even apologetic. Beware of them
Horrible! I bought a hot tub…. Was not installed correctly… it took 3 service calls and finally the technician put side panels on right.. I paid for the Hot Tub service for every 2 weeks but they never came until I called… I had to call and speak to Bonita… I was charged for two services and I only received 1 a month bc I Called!!! Finally I cancelled and demanded my money back and was not compensated for the other missed service calls I paid for…Only for the month they totally missed. It is a pleasure to write a review on our recent fireplace repair and maintenance. Our NFI Certified Specialist that provided what our fireplace needed was Rob Preston, who I must say is one extraordinary technician who can analyze, repair and maintain any fireplace situation that one may experience.
