Terrible service. They are a scam. They never came out to service hotub but would charge anyway. When confronted they were not even apologetic. Beware of them
Horrible! I bought a hot tub…. Was not installed correctly… it took 3 service calls and finally the technician put side panels on right.. I paid for the Hot Tub service for every 2 weeks but they never came until I called… I had to call and speak to Bonita… I was charged for two services and I only received 1 a month bc I Called!!! Finally I cancelled and demanded my money back and was not compensated for the other missed service calls I paid for…Only for the month they totally missed.
