His body work is excellent #\$%\$nd there is but one other body shop #\$%\$round I would consider #\$%\$nd it is owned by #\$%\$ guy who used to work for Jeff. I #\$%\$m very p#\$%\$rticul#\$%\$r #\$%\$bout the work on our pre-owned vehicles #\$%\$nd believe me, I would not use someone who produces sub p#\$%\$r work!
Rally bad job on body work and paint. we give them a mitsubishi eclipse with a light damage on the door and after an expensive charge the damage was still there. and they also try to over charge for a polish
Honest and pretty quick for a body shop. Jeff will work with you on what needs to be done, this is the only body shop I would ever consider.
I've had my vehicle at Costello's 4 times. The 1st & 2nd I had a great experience, the 3rd I was promised my vehicle would be done well before a planned trip and although I did get my car back, all of the work hadn't been finished. They had plenty of time, they must have just been too busy with other cars. I gave them a 4th opportunity, but regret it and won't be returning.
