Ordered a few items for pickup because the local stores did not have the items in stock. 2 days later I received confirmation for pickup. Drove 30 min to the store but when I got there I was told the item might have been sold by someone and just like that no apologies but a quick cancellation as if that solves everything. Never again!! I normally do not leave reviews but this experience warrants a review.

Eleanor was excellent. She knew what I needed for my plumbing job. My plumber who renovated my kitchen used an O ring for my kitchen sink tailpiece. Eleanor pointed it out to me and got me a tailpiece washer. It literally took less than 5 minutes to fix. Thank you.

The place has everything. Old time hardware store. Good service. I like them better than the new versions. Across the street from my new favorite 😍 fish store!!

Got to Costello’s at 7:53 pm and the doors were locked. No sense saying you’re open to 8 pm

I’ve been here twice and both times all different employees have been very rude. I assumed the first time was a one time thing but now I’m starting to think if it has something to do with the color of my skin. P.S you go to your neighbourhood local store expecting service but in this case i guess big stores have better. Also, they don’t have anything useful and/or economical in stock.
