Ordered a few items for pickup because the local stores did not have the items in stock. 2 days later I received confirmation for pickup. Drove 30 min to the store but when I got there I was told the item might have been sold by someone and just like that no apologies but a quick cancellation as if that solves everything. Never again!! I normally do not leave reviews but this experience warrants a review.
I’ve never encountered a more rude employee than the woman working with red hair. I came in close to closing time and needed some extra keys made for my house guests. No one was present in the front of the store or where the key maker was. I saw it was digital so I tried to see if I could figure it out since no one was around. This woman came and scolded me and was like this is not how we do this here and quite frankly talked down to me when all she needed to say was let me help you with this. Eleanor was excellent. She knew what I needed for my plumbing job. My plumber who renovated my kitchen used an O ring for my kitchen sink tailpiece. Eleanor pointed it out to me and got me a tailpiece washer. It literally took less than 5 minutes to fix. Thank you.
I came in today To get an air filter and Anthony really helped me out made the process easy very helpful for me. Friendly hardware store.
The place has everything. Old time hardware store. Good service. I like them better than the new versions. Across the street from my new favorite 😍 fish store!!
