I braced myself for a traumatic experience. An extraction and implant BUT…the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Costello was amazing. I closed my eyes (local anesthetic only) and about 15 minutes later the work was done. One dose of Tylenol, minor swelling, and went to work the next day. Thank you so much COSA for a painless experience.

I had heard of Dr Costello's expertise but hadn't ever needed it. I finally did. I had an extraction and implant done on the same day, including some cutting of gums so that he could be sure the implant was PRECISELY in place due to some bone loss around the tooth. He explained the entire procedure to me clearly and methodically and then went to work.
