People there are nice, but most of the time I'm waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time, and the last time I went dr. nair was half an hour late coming in past my appointment time and had a patient ahead of me. one of the receptionists also put the wrong date on my appointment card, and are usually swamped with paperwork which leads them to forget to call referrals in.
Dr.Nair is the best eye doctor that I've ever had.
My mom has been seeing Dr. Nair for her cataracts. Office can get quite busy in the afternoon, but we have found the people working to be friendly and helpful.
I went to Dr. Ganga Nair for a scratch on my eyeball. She was excellent. Friendly and professional and knew what she was doing. After a series of eyedrops and checkups my eye healed perfectly. I would definitely recommend her.
Eye health is so important I have dry Eyes. Now I have new Drops Cequa. Thanks to Doctor Nair. Herkimer Office. This is so important to me plus Eye Plugs. This procedure is going to help me in many Ways. Both my Wife and Me are very pleased with Doctor Costello and Doctor Nair And Staff. I have great Insurance Because I Retired USA Army... Michael and Myra. Good Job..
