Unprofessional had an appointment there. Never got a call or a text day or two before to confirm. Called up that day. They said no. You don't have an appointment then later they called me. Why didn't you come for your appointment? I said I called you said I didn't have any. Oh I didn't know that I was doing testing all day I said. I was very impressed the receptionist area was very friendly and have fault and Dr Costello is amazing very thorough when he was talking to me

I didn’t even get past the receptionist. I had a referral to see a doctor there and when I called she said she didn’t know what she was doing in August. I told her I had to have my eyes dilated because of a spot and she said she wouldn’t give me an appointment anyway and I needed to see Dr Robert’s in Sidney or not go at all. She wasn’t very nice.

Dr. Patrick Costello is the best. Office workers and nurses very pleasant, if need surgery done this is the place to go.
