This doctor is obviously quite efficient and demonstrates a strong grasp of his skills. The biggest drawback is office organization. Waiting an hour and a half for a ten minute visit doesn't seem too considerate to the patients - especially as so many are elderly. It's not that hard to organize time around each patient.
I recently had cataract surgery, and I was amazed at the staff from the time of finding out I needed it done. Dr Patrick Costello explained everything, there were no questions they didn't answer, put any fears to rest. I would highly recommend him.
