I ordered a mattress with the help of the customer service at this store but the online link to schedule my delivery after I purchased the mattress didn’t work. They cancelled my order and returned the mattress. Had to re-purchase

Not sure how they can display a price on in stock items on the showroom and then charge you 200 bucks for shipping. I guess they have to ship it from the back of the store to the front parking lot? At the very least train your sales people to go over that aspect with customers so they know what to expect to pay. I can think of no other retail situation where this is allowed to occur without breaching consumers protection laws. Maybe the AG should take a look.
