Waited 25 minutes to reach a checkout register. Saw multiple abandoned carts full of items…assuming people don’t want to wait this long either.
The checkout process is starting to become unbearable. It’s unnecessarily long due to inefficient layout of the registers and poor management routing customers to registers. Deciding if my membership is worth it at this point.
The checkout system is terrible. The lines keep backing up half way through the entire store. They need to fix the layout or have someone direct traffic.
