I love Costco but just had really bad experience at the mobility kiosk where I looked for a plan with phone. The staff in the kiosk even didn't look at me while I had been in queue waiting for 30 mins. When it came my turn, I did receive bad service and response from the staff here, he answered my questions about the plans but he didn't look at me when talking, I didn't feel to be respected at all. I stop my intention using the mobile service here forever.
