Everything in one stop
It was great 1 day before Thanksgiving. I had to do a little shopping. The items we were looking for were sold out, but we found them stored above us. We found Greg, who commondeered the forklift and the 3 extra people it takes to get things down from above and viola; we had what we needed. Thank you, Costco!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employees Are incredibly rude! The last thing that you should tell a mother who has two children with her who is trying to check out during the holiday season is “you can’t hold up the register like this“. I understand that it is the holiday season, and that people are working a lot. But to the managers who are reading this, your employees attitudes are disgusting! I’ll never shop here again!
On Apple Maps it shows the store opening at 9 am - not noting it’s just for specific members. I show up with my baby and they deny me entry after watching me go through the whole process of trying to get him situated in the cart. I get it that I don’t have the right membership but a little bit of grace would have made me upgrade but instead they told me i had to leave. I would say that maybe 5% of Employees have a great personality and know how to interact with customers. I hate Costco; it is like a nightmare of chaos, rude people, and poor customer service. I had my umpteenth time dealing with another miserable, disgruntled cashier. They need more wholesale competition, beyond Costco, with better options. They are more concerned about theft and sales volume than they are about customer service. Costco keeps going downhill.
