I love Costco and have gone there for years. Best hotdogs in the area. Recently, my mother has harassed and falsely accused, without evidence, of trying to buy more of a product than was allowed. After the situation was “resolved,” the manager assured us the employee involved would be talked to and reprimanded. This never occurred. Scalpers, resellers and hoarding is bad but the way the situation was handled was rude and caused our family to lose a lot of respect for an otherwise great company. Do better next time Costco.
This Costco is clean, organized, and nice to shop in. It gets busy, like any other Costco, but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes in line. I’m giving them 5 stars though for the employees, specifically Jeremy. My son is 3 and Costco is his favorite store. He loves the wide aisles, the samples, the chicken bakes, but most of all he loves Jeremy. Jeremy always remembers who he is and treats him like a celebrity when he checks his receipt. Costco as a store is good. DO NOT GET THERE CREDIT CARD! ITS HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! I CAN'T EXPRESS IT ENOUGH! BIGGEST MISTAKE!
