The worst Costco in Ontario. You go self check out they accuse you of stealing. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Department managers and store managers have no customer service skills does not discipline or coach their staff for providing poor customer service. Employees here are rude and ignorant and entitled. Employees here are unwilling to help customers. I rate this -100 if i could. Do not shop here it’s the worst costco in Ontario.
I’ve called 15+ times over the past week and spent hours trying to get a hold of someone in the optical department. Nobody is answering the phone in any department. The service at this location is drastically declining over the years.
I had 2 polish sausages there today- after while I had big stomach pain for whole day- no more food from Costco food court
