Love this Costco location. Staff are amazing. The self checkouts are crazy for both customers and staff. They should be used for a fast checkout not for customers with full carts. The poor staff have to assist every two minutes. Romeo apparently new has horrible customer service! Seriously he's so rude! November 5th update! What's happened to Bakery section cakes/cookies a few days old. Felt like a few were frozen. Cheesecakes look like they had been dropped.
I was assisted by an associate named Jilly, who has been working at Costco since 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. She was rude, unhelpful, and failed to locate my return in the system, even though I provided all the necessary details. I later went to a different Costco location, and they were able to process my return without any issues. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but her attitude and lack of effort definitely made me reconsider visiting the Burlington location again.
