I was looking for an item I couldn’t locate, and with the line being so long and me being in a rush, I was feeling a little stressed. Josiah went above and beyond to help me, putting in so much effort to make sure I got the assistance I needed. His kindness, patience, and dedication to customer service truly stood out.
