Hey Costco how about you provide some seats in the tire centre as there is usually a wait. I understand (as I am in marketing) that you want people to shop and spend money and that will still happen but a 2 hr wait where I was asked to leave from sitting near the returns area (on the floor like I'm in grade school is pretty humiliating as an adult) only to sit on the floor in another area. I can't even imagine if I was older and less mobile how the wait would be.
Austin is a very worse manager
Visited this location recently and this new bag check policy really threw me off…. It made the exit lines take longer. It also made me feel like you don’t trust us. A lot of us are loyal costco members, and we are being treated like thieves. No other store checks my bags this way. I would rather go to a different location next time.
