Amazing place! I went here around May of this year while visiting my grandparents, and I want to leave a review just because this place is amazing. Getting a Costco membership will always be worth it, there are so many things you can buy ranging from food and other household items. The staff are very kind and helpful. However, the best part of the Costco is the amazing food court with the cheapest prices ever. My cashier was lovely, the woman helping with bagging was a nightmare. I was shopping with my husband and kids. We asked to use his status card and they told us we couldn’t because the membership card was in my name Ok that’s not a problem. The problem was when I paid the woman was trying to tell me I couldn’t use MY debit card. She shared fighting with me.. it was my membership card and MY debit card. Got new tires from Costco for my truck $2000 total. Dropped it off with them in the morning appointment at 2:15pm. Tried calling at 4:00pm to see if it's ready called 5 times no answer directly to the Tire Center. Called mainline then transferred 3 times no answer. Called administrative line they had them answer truck no ready another half hour. Had to get someone to pick it up as l couldn't make it took to long. They called said all the tire sensors are going off. Checked for app and everything is 20 psi under inflated. Tri... read more
Me & my wife we went to Costco Sudbury wanted to use our shop gift card and we told the cashier she scanned but then she charged full price later on my wife saw it and told our shop gift card was not used then they called cashier supervisor she saw the bill she could have still alternate this she told us,it ok guys you use next time - and started laughing with cashier it was rude behaviour. never expected this to happen in Costco.
Great, clean, usual Costco chaos. No issues, nice staff, clean store. Bit of a traffic jam with pedestrians and vehicles at the front of store.
