Came in there to replace a battery under warranty and had a horrible experience. I bought the battery with a 36 month warranty and the wouldn’t replace the battery without renewing my membership. I bought the battery as a member and the warranty is part of the purchases but the management said the warranty is “tied” to the membership so they refused to replace it without renewing my membership.
