Great place to shop The Federal Way Costco is by far the best Costco that I have shopped at. They seem to be less crowded than any of the other Costcos I have been to and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can always find a place to park where I don't have to walk a ridiculous distance or drive around and around waiting for a spot. PROS: Lots of parking, not as busy as most Costcos CONS: traffic on surrounding surface streets can be bad
Great prices Costco in Federal Way is a great store, but generally it is very busy and hard to get in and out of. If you need to shop there, plan to take your time. The checkers are friendly at this Costco Store.
Costco Costco is a great place to go for good deals and free samples. They have lots of great food items, dvds, CDs and clothes. The parking at the Federal Way Costco is very crowded and so it is hard to get in and out quickly if you go on a busy day.
Costco The Federal Way Costco is your average Costco Wholesale store. The one disadvantage is getting there. Next to the busiest intersection in Washington makes you consider if it's worth going.
Costco Pharmacy is Very Rude. I have been a Costco customer for over 10 years have have never had a problem with the customer service, but the Pharmacy department however, is very unprofessional. They are always treat there patients like they are not important, and belittled me. I am very disappointed.
I love this stores location This Costco is similar to the others, great prices, awesome meats, and a fuel stop. For me the best aspect is the close proximity to I-5 and Highway 18. Easy on and off access. Sometimes the traffic in/out of the parking lot can be rough. PROS: location CONS:
Love/Hate Costco I do love Costco but for some reason during checkout I am ALWAYS the one they select to hassle about a card upgrade. The sales people are VERY VERY pushy. If it weren't for such great deals, I would definitely go to Sam's instead. Does this happen to anyone else????? It's very frustrating. And I agree, avoid weekends!!!!
Huge selection Costco has a huge selection of products in large quantities. You do need to pay for a membership in order to shop there, but it is worth paying it. Items are always in stock and employees are friendly and eager to help. If you are hungry you can buy a cheap lunch/dinner inside and sit down to eat it.
