My parents received the worst customer service by Bakery Department Manager and Store Manager of the Orem Costco. My father wanted to know where to find a cake that my mom had purchased from the store a week prior. The Bakery Dept Manager acted irritated as he rudely told my dad that Costco did not sell that cake. When my mother called the store later to inquire about the cake, the Store Manager was just as rude but confirmed that Costco did sell that cake but it was out of stock.
