Just stop by tires center to fix a nail in my tire . After they hang up on phone with me 3 times they said we don’t wanted to refused you but you to have an appointment. Well when I get a nail in my tire and spend over $1500 on tires you didn’t specify we must to have an appointment for every issues on tires. ! I have the filling they are high end worker and only when I said I wanted to spoke with the manager they grab my car to fix it ! You judge for your self ! I rather go on Firestone next time and downsize the membership... read more
