My family and I do not have a car, we walk up to Costco because the prices are the best for a large family, well tonight my husband & son went up for the grocery run & some guy took our wagon mistakenly assuming it was a service provided to truck his children around in our wagon, Costco managers, and employee whom I am mroe than happy to name but respectfully am a bit hesitant, this gentleman knows who he is, they drove my husband son, and groceries home, and were looking for our wagon which they found:)) Their customer serv... read more

I have always talked highly of costco, but my last few returns have been a major pain not making it worth it. I waited 15 mins to get to the counter to have a employee that has been with the company since 2001 and not know how to handle returns. I told him I had an optical appointment so he intentionally slowed down and made me 15 mins late to it. 40 mins I spent in your line or dealing with the gentleman for 2 items to be returned. Time to start looking for a company who understands customer service
