Place is great to shop, but feeling safe , sheriff controlling the crowd! Some people are just out of control lol 😂
There was no parking in that place, the employees there are nonexistent; unkind, rude, unknowledgeable.
I am from Los Angeles visiting ! this place is busy ... Cashier Judy was very rude . Judy if you don't like your job Quit ! but don't take out your frustrations on customers.
Costco in Clifton is my favorite Costco Costco in general is my favorite store. I am there at least once a week their produce is fabulous. The staff for the most part are generally polite and courteous and friendly. They need to take into consideration the disaster of a parking lot. There is only one way in and out and with the new mall opened up behind it it is just insane on the weekends. I bought a Dyson vacuum from the Clifton Costco over 7 years ago. Great vacuum until it started popping it's plastic pieces off and breaking. Recently, a piece broke that rendered it useless. I brought it back to Costco today and they credited me the full price I paid 7 years ago. Can't ask much more from a store that honors it's return policy. They did good by me and now I can afford to buy a new Dyson!

My family and I loooooove Costco!!!! Even though parking lot is a nightmare specially on the weekends, we really don't mind it and try to get there on weekdays. This one is so close to my house. Is always clean, neat and associates are always friendly and nice.
I bought 4 tires at the Costco at Clifton NJ. The lady helped me told me that I don’t need to wait in line next time I came back for the tire rotations. I just need to come to the counter and it only takes couple of minutes. I came here today for the tires rotation. The lady at the counter treated me like a trash. Yelled at me and told me that no one here ever told anyone that no need to stay in line for tires rotation. I just need to know what exactly I need to do. the gas station was suppose to open up at 600 am yesterday and by 607 i had to leave the line of 6 cars since i couldn’t be late to work and go get gas somewhere else
