Me and my mom we into Costco looking at jackets and one jacket said $12.50 and then I looked at a jacket and it said $11.00 and my mom told me that they were both $50.00 they are ripping people off never going back there
Costco is a good place to go I was there with friend in the family member It was a good and clean store in customer service with friendly come back again
Love CostCo! It's super-busy right now though, the students are back so go early or (better) in the last 20-30 minutes before they close.
Generally speaking, Costco is very good. There are times that some employee at the exit makes you feel like the store is ran by gestapo. A friend of mine who used to be employed by Costco says that tbe 'corporate' attitude is no longer for the employees or the customer/member - just make our(Costco) profits go up no matter@
Worst people working be aware if you are not white. Some employees are filled with racism and hate.
My wife and I came here without my wife's mother. Historically, we've came without her if we need to make a quick trip and get a few things, etc. We found out during checkout that we can no longer do this. We had about a few hundred dollars of groceries, weren't offered a one time thing and then directed to membership, but we're told to please leave our stuff so it can just be put back. I realize you're a big corporation and don't care much for customer service, but we felt this could've been handled better.
