The store is nice and all but PLEASE for the love of god add more handicapped parkin spaces. Three times now we have tried to park in a handicapped space with our permanent disabled plates and there was no space for us. Tonight as we were pulling out of a spot we were accosted by a belligerent young woman with a temporary tag who decided my disabled mother was moving too slow, and she got nasty mouthy with us. Please add more handiap spaces. We are tired of fighting over just 10 spaces of handicap parking.
I am a person of African descent. I have been profiled twice by employees at the door as if I can't afford to spend a great amount I did to feed my family. But this is Amerikkka so all I can do is report to corporate AGAIN and be told it's policy though the family with a diaper bag who left before I did not have their diaper bag checked. It does mean I reduce how much I spend at Costco as a result.
Picked up the great pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake. Also the sushi
NEVER call the Santa Clara Store because the CS is beyond pathetic. Not only do they pass the buck and DON'T want to help but once you get to the correct Dept they keep you on hold, pick-up the line and don't say a single word but just put you on hold again. Never Ever EVER call the Santa Clara Store if you want CS.
The employees are the best part of this costco experience. They actually seem happy to be there.
Great store, found parking right away, hardly a wait at the food court, went there for lunch, and had a great lunch, great customer service, and yummy food!
