Costco exelent store to buy anything. Exelent costumer service I just can say that I love it.
We went this time for hearing aids for my elderly mother, and the people in the Audiology Department even were kind enough to help her get to the restroom by driving a cart for her. We have been members for years, and never have a bad thing to say about them.
this trip was a bust. First, I had 3 hungry teens/tweens with me and the Food Court was CLOSED for renovation. They had a pop up canopy from which they were selling 3 items, none of which were what the kids were seeking. Next, the chest freezer I've been looking at for 2 months was out of stock, and the 2 nearest stores are OOS also. More ordered, but not coming in till June. So we left and went to TRader Joe's for snacks. And today I got a chest freezer elsewhere. Oh well Costco. I'll be back. Sometime.
I liked the store but not the service or employees.. As soon as we walked in felt UNCOMFORTABLE... the Loss prevention or so called security followed us to the EXTREME..until I actually told him I have money don't worry I'm not here to steal..he didn't knowwhat to say.didn't even offer a apology..I spent over 300 there..but wait till I let corporate know..I received BAD SERVICE..
Love going and seeing all the new and old stuff I go 3 times a week
