Impressive building. Plenty of parking. Great location. Love getting gas there.
I don't know where to direct this but I went with my husband on 2/2/2017 we were rung up by Dany H. , a nice blonde lady was packing our groceries and grabbed the log of cheddar cheese I picked up from the fridge and she looked at it and said " no you can't take this " and she had another nice person to replace the cheese, it turned out the bag was bloated and the cheese was bad. You get great prices at the expense of customer service. They won't allow you to actually exchange something. If you want the same thing in a different size or something you have to stand in line and they make you do a return. Then you can go in and find the size you want and stand in line again to check out. It just screams we could give a crap about our customers' time.
Best Run Costco by far. The food court handles crowds smoothly and with a smile. The store Manager works his butt off helping out all departments and customers. I know it's busy but there is a reason why! It's a great store.
We are long time regular and loyal Costco customers. Our only criticism is the loss of the outstanding Kirkland chocolate chips! Please return them to your inventory and to the shelves.
