My parents and our family with 10 kids shopped exclusively for bulk at Costco for years. My dad has several health conditions, but namely one specifically that requires him not to wear a mask. The Grandville Michigan Costco didn’t listen to him when he said he had a medical condition, rather immediately called for security and escorted him out. We are insulted and shocked at this behavior.
Was at Costco today at around 7:30 Pm and it was a mistake. I was in line at the last register next to the pharmacy and the cashier sees my membership and yells that it wasn’t me. I showed him my TWO different picture IDs with the exact name and he still demanded it wasn’t me. He yelled for a supervisor for her to look me up in the system and “identify” me.
