So today I experienced the worst customer service of my life. Let me preface this rant by saying my husband and I have had a Costco membership before and my parentals have had one for several years. I have grown up going to Costco. I know how Costco works. I know it is a paid membership shopping club. My visit went very well but when I went to pay, I handed the cashier my MasterCard, but come to find out Costco does NOT take MasterCard so I had to go to their ATM located in their food court to withdraw some cash
I love Costco. I trust that their products are not cheaply made, and I like their return policy. I buy everything from food, photographs, pharmacy items, clothes to furniture and appliances. I know many of the employees, by name and our face. They are always friendly, helpful and sometimes funny. I wish more stores would adopt Costco's commitment to giving their customer's quality products and service.

Love the options - wish diesel was an option here too!!!
We went in to pick up our glasses that we ordered and the staff was very helpful. They even threw in an extra case. We then ran around and grab a few food items and were out lickety-split. Great place to shop I love the selection and the service is impeccable.
