Always loved Costco since little girl in California, now a member here in Texas.
Bought a Vizio TV,, got it set up,, obviously defective ,, sales associates could not have been nicer and did everything to make us feel valued as a customer during our return and purchase of another TV,, no pressure ,, just apologizes and fantastic customer service!!
The manager Scott at the lubbock location made what could have been a bad day into one of the best days ever. It made me love Costco and respect the people even more.
